• Phone number — to contact you about your order if needed and to match your order at the counter.
• Order details — items, customizations, notes, pickup time, service type (take out or dine in), and tip amount.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment partner, Clover. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Device information — basic technical data (such as browser or app type) needed to load the menu and complete checkout.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Prepare and fulfill your food and drink orders
• Display your order status in the app
• Notify kitchen staff of new orders
• Process payments through Clover
• Respond to questions about your order

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run our ordering service:

• Clover— secure card payment processing. Card details are entered on Clover's hosted payment form. Clover's privacy practices apply to payment data they handle.
• Netlify — website and order data hosting.

Data storage

Order information is stored on our servers so kitchen staff can prepare your food and so you can view order status. Your name and phone number may be saved on your device (in the mobile app) for faster checkout on future visits. You can update or clear this in the app's pickup settings.

How long we keep data

We keep order records as long as needed to run the cafe, handle customer questions, and meet basic business record-keeping needs. Completed orders may remain in kitchen history for staff reference.

You can choose not to use the online ordering service. If you have questions about information we have about your order, contact us using the details below.

Children

Our ordering service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
